Villa Mignaga is nestled in the green countryside, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful nature, making it an oasis of tranquility. Located just a few kilometers from the lake, this villa offers an ideal position for those seeking ultimate relaxation without sacrificing the beauty of Lake Garda. With its panoramic view of the lake, it will be the perfect place to enjoy serenity and peace, away from the hustle and bustle but only a short distance from everything the area has to offer.
The villa is perfect for large families or groups over 25 years old. Spread over two levels and divided into two apartments, it can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a wonderful private terrace where you can admire the lake and Monte Baldo. On the first floor is the second apartment, featuring a living room, kitchenette, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with bunk beds. The villa also offers a large garden, outdoor parking, and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining.
The amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with 5 induction burners and an extractor, refrigerator with freezer, oven, German coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, Wi-Fi, two TVs with Italian channels, private garden, and barbecue area.
