There is a large communal pool and a paddle court.Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a supermarket (Spar) and within a one kilometer radius a number of other bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomas Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a Supermarket (Supercor) next to which there is an open air street market which takes place every Saturday morning.In the Tomás Maestre area, there is also a public Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and a gym with sea views.
