About this apartment rental
Perched on the 5th floor of a stunning building in the heart of a quintessentially Parisian neighborhood, this apartment will charm you with its decor, its tranquility, and its two terraces where you can enjoy meals or relax in the hammock.
An open-concept kitchen leading into a large living room, 3 very quiet bedrooms (3 double beds), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom (with a bathtub), and 2 separate toilets. The apartment is very elegant and functional.
Located in the heart of a lively neighborhood (with many restaurants and shops).
The apartment
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed). Two of these bedrooms open onto a terrace where you can enjoy a drink in the shade of the maple tree and the arbor, and take in the sunset.
The kitchen (new and fully equipped) opens onto the large living room. You can play a few scales on our piano located in the living room. This kitchen/living room area has two large openings leading to another beautiful 30 m² terrace, planted with olive trees, grapevines, rose bushes, lavender, and more. The automatic sprinkler system operates on both terraces as needed.
The terraces are furnished with chairs and tables. So you can enjoy breakfast and meals there, relax in the hammock, and admire the Parisian rooftops (we’re on the 5th and top floor)
Our neighborhood is lively and full of excellent spots where you can enjoy a drink and a good meal. We’re in the heart of the Village Jourdain. Last but not least, for fans of urban art, this neighborhood is one of the capital’s hotspots for street art (your host, who designs and organizes art tours in Paris, can give you some tips on where to see the most amazing works!).

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Jourdain or Pyrénées metro stations. Several bus lines also run right nearby.
One of our metro lines (Line 11) provides direct service to the République, Hôtel de Ville, and Châtelet stations (in the heart of Paris) in just a few stops.
