Holiday home in the Pays de Caux (Vittefleur in Seine Maritime) with small enclosed garden, quiet, ideal for 4/5 people, 5 minutes from the beach of Veulettes, 2 minutes from the lake of Caniel, 15 minutes from the marina of Saint-Valery-en-Caux and located between Dieppe and Etretat.

On the first floor (50m2): Entrance, fitted kitchen, dining area, living room, small outbuilding with linen room and workshop, courtyard and private garden of 200 m2.
Upstairs (50m2): 1 large bedroom (160 cm motorized bed), 1 small bedroom (140 cm bed) and a passage room with 1 90 cm bed, shower room. All bedrooms are separate and independent and communicate through a door. Recent quality duvets and pillows and anti-dust mites.

At your disposal:
High-speed Internet (Fiber) Wifi, TV with about 200 DVDs, garden furniture, small barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, children's cot, high chair, piano, bar table football and 2 hiking bikes (man and woman). There is no air conditioning but the house is well insulated and stays cool when it is hot.
Free parking on the street in front of the house.
Village bakery 1 min walk away
Market in Cany-Barville on Monday morning and in Saint-Valery on Friday.

Bed linen available with an extra charge of 10 euros per bed (double or single).
End of stay cleaning at the expense of the tenant. Cleaning option in addition at the rate of 60 Euros.
Washing up liquid, household products, dish towels, garbage bags and toilet paper included in the rental and available on arrival.
