About this house rental
A clean home with an outdoor pool in a working-class neighborhood area. The entire place has been remodeled with the exception of the bathrooms, as they are in good condition. The place is fully equipped to suit all of our guests. The house contains work space, back and front yard, and a deck. There are 4 Bedrooms, with 3 Queens and 1 Full beds included and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room- accommodates 9 Adults! 50" Smart TV in the living room and 32" Smart TV in the bedroom, so you can stream your favorites shows and movies!

We traveled to Jacksonville for a long weekend - 2 families with kids. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was great! Host was helpful and in touch in the event anything else was needed.

The positives; the place sleeps 9 comfortably. There is a spacious kitchen, a pool and ultimately if you’re looking for a clean place to crash this is fine.The neutrals: getting ahold of the property manager is not easy, the remodeling mentioned here was not done by a professional, the house is minamilat, the bathrooms are narrow,the neighborhood is a little roughThe bad:: didn’t receive the waiver or check in info until after 5p and I had to call for it, bathroom in en suite had cracks all over the caulking, barn door was off it all’s hinges, crack bathtubs, small beds (claims Queen but a full when measured). Microwave needed to be fought with to open or close. Burnt smell whenever range was turned on.All in all if you need to sleep many folk and are down on options this is fine and can take the strain. It’s perfectly serviceable and the host is kind,if there had been no check in problems I still would feel this place was 4 stars at best.
