The amazing swimming pool was great in the daytime. The gym was well equipped and the stream room was great. Check in was very easy and the owner communicated well. The apartment was new, clean, and air conditioned throughout. The 7 eleven across the road was very handy for food and grocery items.

The beds were hard. The space was minimalist with bath towels provided, but no swimming towels, hand towels or tea towels provided. One shower gel in each bathroom was provided but no hand soap or hair products. The pool, though beautiful, was unsafe at night as it was poorly lit, the tiles around the pool were very slippery and there were different levels which were a tripping hazard.

Spacious and well lighted rooms and the property is in a centrally located place.

There are no cleaning services available at the apartment, expect the services at least on alternate days. Tissue and kitchen paper rolls to be provided.

Het is geen hotel, geen receptie, we arriveerden om 2115 en de schoonmaaksters waren heerlijk aan het chillen op de kamer, 20 min gewacht totdat kamer gereed was.

Large clean and comfortable.

I did not realise it was not a hotel, when you arrive it tells you that this is not a hotel and pool is only for owners, daily rental/ weekly rentals are not allowed, there is no parking, car park is for residents only, which i understand as i owned a condo in Pattaya that was also part hotel, you could not get parked as a resident for tourists. There 3 posters full of rules and things you cant do, it does not make for a relaxing stay.
