The experience with these apartments unfortunately started going wrong even before our arrival. About a week before check-in, the manager contacted us via WhatsApp and informed us that we would have to move to a different room after the first night. Then, just two days before arrival, we were told that our originally booked apartment was no longer available due to an “issue”, and we were offered a smaller unit with almost no compensation. The situation was only resolved after I contacted Booking support. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The swimming pool, which is clearly listed in the property description, turned out to be paid. We had to insist quite firmly to get access, and even then, on the last day we were denied entry. Also, the “sea view” advertised is misleading. There is no real sea view. Instead, you are facing an unfinished building, which is not mentioned anywhere in the description and not shown in the photos. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience, especially considering the expectations set by the listing.
