Luxury Apartment - Rooftop Swimming Pool - Beach Front - Hinata Apartment

Privately owned apartment in the Altara Suites building which is spacious and comfortable Have access to the pool on the 33rd floor which is great (but around 3pm a swim school takes over the pool).

Apartment, although spacious is not furnished as nicely as photos in adverts (see attached photos) Beach across the road does not have any facilities or loungers that you find further up the beach Variety of restaurants a few blocks away but an easy walk, several seafood restruarants very close by Had to pay in cash on arrival to avoid a 5% credit card surcharge

Very spacious, communicative and helpful staff. Daily towel change. Lovely area with easy beach access. Having washing machine and laundry detergent in the kitchen was epic. Good gym area. Also cool to have a convenience store in the building. Pool was lovely with a great rooftop view. Comfortable beds- definitely a highlight. Although black out curtains are probably needed to enjoy more of the good sleep

Elevator wait times. 33 stories with 3 elevators. 2 were out of Action for 2 days. During peak hours the wait time is ridiculous. I saw people putting it reviews before booking but I didn’t expect 15-20minute wait time and when elevator shows up it’s full of people it reaches weight limit and you have to wait again. It got to a point where we avoided coming back because we didn’t want to deal with an elevator. Or you don’t even want to enjoy the pool because you know it will come with excessive logistics. Shower occasionally didn’t have hot water, ran luke warm and then would switch to hot in a different time of day. Couldn’t figure that one out. cleanliness could be improved. Cutlery was dirty, floors were dirty. Especially under beds, tables… also could use a little paint job.

It was very quite and peaceful. I like the closeness of the beach to the property. The staff and management was very helpful and friendly.

The front of the property was kind of busy and noisy at times.

Spacious and has all the amenities that one could need.
