Very pleasant, comfortable and ideal for exploring Esslingen.

The location was great in it's proximity to the train station and bus to the airport. It was also really good for walking into town. There was a very useful Netto supermarket five minutes walk away too, and it was close to walks by the river. The accommodation was warm and comfortable, with a nice shower.

It would have been good to have some small spoons, and a teatowel to dry the crockery and cutlery. But those are just small details.

No breakfast but coffee and some bread were provided.. Plenty of towels.

The construction site nearby started work early at 7 am. Only a microwave for preparing food.

Sehr gute Lage. Parken vor dem Haus. Schöne Räume. Gute Ausstattung. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt keine Küchenanrichte und -Spüle, Herdplatte. Es ist etwas schwierig Wasser aus dem Handwaschbecken zu bekommen.

Una molt bona opció per conèixer Esslingen

Tot i que no vam conèixer personalment els amfitrions, sí que ens van facilitar totes les instruccions necessàries per accedir a l'habitatge i es van preocupar que tot estigués bé. L'apartament està situat al costat oposat del riu al del nucli antic, però és molt fàcil d'arribar en només 10 minuts. Ens vam sentir molt còmodes a l'allotjament.

Tolles Appartement in zentraler Lage und doch ruhig, mit phantastischem Ausblick von Dachterrasse.

Lage direkt an der Karlsbrücke. Toller Blick auf die Burg.

Allerdings vierter Stock Altbau ohne Aufzug. Für ältere Menschen oder solche, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, eher ungeeignet.

Sauberkeit, kleine Ecke mit Kaffeemaschine mit Pads die gestellt waren, Wasserkocher mit Tee, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und einem Regal mit Geschirr. Die Lage ist Top. 10 min laufen bis zum Bahnhof in Esslingen. Sämtliche Utensilien im Bad zur Hygiene sind vorhanden. Zu dritt gut aushaltbar. Sofa wie Bett sehr gemütlich.

An der Wohnung gibt es für kurze Aufenthalte nichts auszusetzen. Die Vermieter haben eine Spülwanne bereitgestellt, da man das Geschirr nicht im Waschbecken waschen kann.

Es war ein kurzweiliger Aufenthalt in einem schönen Appartement in einer Altbauwohnung.

Wir wurden von unserer Vermieterin zur Schlüsselübergabe persönlich empfangen. Sie überließ uns sogar ihren eigenen Parkplatz, was wir total klasse und nett fanden, denn Parkplätze sind in der Straße relativ rar, bzw. es gibt zu viele Autos dort. 😉 Das Appartement war mit einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war äußerst gemütlich. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher mit Tee, sowie eine Kapselkaffeemaschine incl. unterschiedlicher Kapseln und Geschirr/Besteck waren vorhanden. Die Flüssigseife im Bad roch hervorragend!!! Toilette und Dusche konnten durch eine Tür getrennt werden. Das Appartement liegt etwas außerhalb und dennoch zentral. Ein sehr guter Dönerladen, sowie Netto, Bäckereien und Rossmann sind "fast um die Ecke". In 10 Minuten kann man zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen und dort wunderbar flanieren, Kaffee trinken, shoppen... Esslingen hat eine traumhafte Fachwerkaltstadt zum Bummeln und Staunen.

Was mich erstaunt hat, war, dass kein Fernseher vorhanden war. Für die kurze Zeit, die wir dort verbrachten, war das kein Problem. Eine gute Gelegenheit, ein gutes Buch zu lesen. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ihn vermissen.
