some outlets don't work around kitchen, table too small, add stools, parking at Landolinsteige may be allowed for local per sign. One man was not happy and threatened to tow when we parked there but he may just be German crazy. maybe pick an alternative parking, no stools, some outlets in kitchen or by the bed of kitchen don't work

Great location, bare bones apartment
Location couldn't be better! Comfortable bed.
Could have been better stocked. We stayed 4 nights and were left with 1 dishwasher tablet and ran out of toilet paper too. Hand soap in the kitchen would have been nice. There was also no seasonings, not even salt and pepper. There was an oven, which had a roasting pan, but no baking dishes.

Wohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Mit dem Vermieter gibt es keinen persönlichen Kontakt, er ist jedoch bei Bedarf erreichbar. Der Infofluss funktioniert dennoch gut, per Nachrichten mit allen relevanten und hilfreichen Informationen. Auch der Check-in und Check--out per Schlüsselsafe hat gut funktioniert. WLAN funktioniert gut, und der Fernseher hat ebenfalls eine funktionierende Internetverbindung, so dass auch die Mediatheken genutzt werden können. Das ist ein zusätzlicher positiver Faktor. Durch die schöne Wohnatmosphäre ist ein Aufenthalt angenehmer als in einem Hotel.
Ganz perfekt wäre es, wenn noch einige Details verbessert würden: ausreichend Toilettenpapier und Spültabs für die Tage des Aufenthaltes und Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine zumindest für den ersten Tag würden die Willkommens- und Wohlfühlatmosphäre vollenden. Ein Nachttisch bzw. eine Ablage an beiden Seiten vom Bett wäre auch gut.
