De vele terrassen rondom het huis en het grote dakterras. Tevens de drie slaapkamers. Wij waren met zijn vieren. De ligging in Valle Gran Rey is perfect. Heel centraal tussen de drie agglomeratiedelen en dicht bij zee.
De bank en stoelen van de eettafel zijn mijns inziens aan vervanging toe. Het licht in de woonkamer kan wat gezelliger. Misschien ook een paar extra kleine schilderijtjes tegen de muur. De keuken kan ietwat beter worden uitgerust. Bijvoorbeeld met het aanwezig zijn van een aardappelschilmesje en een scherp mes om brood te snijden.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung in recht ruhiger Lage, fußläufig zum Strand und zu den Geschäften. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Gute Betten. Das Restaurante nebenan ist sehr gut und ab 22.30 Uhr geschlossen, ab dann ist es sehr ruhig.
Die Küchenausstattung ist schon recht abgenutzt.
