excelente trato del personal de recepción, especialmente alfonso
la nevera no enfriaba, faltaba aire acondicionado u otro ventilador, y la limpieza durante la estancia fue escasa.

The pool was very clean and nice to enjoy
Nothing expalined on arrival. No apology for being over charged. Front door of our apartment (first impression)was black and dirty in places. . As we were leaving there was a broom and dustpan lying on the stairs..we had tried emailing our arrival time ( no reply) also contacted about being charged twice ( no reply ) called and was told we had two apartment reserved and the fault was booking.com so we should contact them
