From check-in to check-out, everything's smooth and convenient. The condominium unit is fully furnished and well maintained. The host is very responsive and sends reminder.

Out of all the places I have stayed in Bacolod and the Philippines, this has been by far the best. It was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable, all the facilities were available, a 2 plate cooker and oven, location good, nice distant views out of the windows and WiFi good. Also very important, it was quiet. The price was excellent too. Although I did not meet the owner, she was very easy to communicate with and answered any messages immediately. Was sad to leave and if ever I need accommodation in Bacolod again, I will go there should it be available.

Nothing to dislike at all.

* Metro Grocery and Department Store and Ayala Mall literally across the street. * 7 Eleven conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. * SM Mall is a short taxi ride away (50.00 PHP, meter starts at 40.00 PHP) That's right... $1 !!! * Window faces North. (no balcony at this unit) Oceanview to the West and mountains to the East. * Close to downtown and all other tourist attractions in Bacolod area. * I have been to Bacolod several times staying in various hotels and condominium rentals in the area. (Seda, L'Fisher and Camella Manors to name a few) This is by far the best accommodations I have stayed in. * The unit is very well equipped and complimented by a very responsive host.

* There are 2 elevators in the "North Building", but only one was available for use for several days due to maintenance and/or repairs, which caused a slight inconvenience and longer wait times. Luckily, the building is not fully occupied. ( I was here for over six weeks and one elevator was unavailable for approximately one week) * Power outages are common throughout the Philippines, but even though I can hear the backup generator running, the power was not necessarily working in the condo unit during these outages. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. I'm not aware if this happens to other units. * A microwave would have been useful... but I'm being extremely critical at this point. There's other ways to heat your food. * I stayed here Dec2023 to Jan2024. The pool was too cold for me to use. To be fair... Most people I saw were wearing short sleeves, shorts and slippers, while I was more comfortable wearing long sleeve shirts, jeans and sneakers. The issue with the pool's water temperature could very well be an individual preference. I would have preferred a heated pool. :)
