Die gesamte Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber wahr sehr herzlich und angenehm. Alles war sehr gut organisiert und es blieb keine Frage offen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in Duisburg bin, buche ich hier definitiv wieder. Eine TOP Wohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlt mit einem TOP Service. Herzlichen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

geräumige Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz zum Arbeiten, Essen, Aufhalten, Nahversorgung und ÖPNV-Anbindung gut, freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter
- Der Kontakt über den Vermieter war stets freundlich, lief aber teilweise über standardisierte Nachrichten, sodass beispielsweise für den Check-in die falsche Schlüsselbox mitgeteilt wurde, was den Check-in komplizierter als notwendig machte - Checkout Angaben zwischen Aushang, Infomappe und persönlicher Nachricht widersprüchlich - die Wohnung war aufgeräumt, aber sehr staubig (z.B Dusche Regale, Raumecken), teilweise fleckig (z.B Infomappe); auch der beworbene Garten könnte gepflegter sein - wir haben unzweideutig Mäusekot an mehreren Stellen entdeckt. Zwar hat der Vermieter auf unseren Hinweis reagiert, aber eine Entschuldigung/Entschädigung blieb aus
