The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was good, the apartment was quiet, and nothing was missing at all.
The only small downside was that there was no parking space directly in front of the building, so we had to park a short distance away. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

De accomodatie is schoon, netjes en goed ingericht. Omdat ij met kinderen reisde lag er overal snoep en speelgoed. De kinderen hebben zich vermaakt.
Je kan niet direct bij de accomodatie parkeren, maar wel dichtbij.

Просторые комнаты, все! Удобная очень кровать с ЦЕЛЬНЫМ матрасом! Это для нас было очень важно! Средства гигиены были дополнительные, чистое постельное белье, капсулы для кофе, бутылочка вина и конфентки. Мелочь, а приятно! Спасибо большое!
Шумно от проезжей части, близко к дороге спальня. Когда легла прилечь-мне на потолке по периметру и в люстре была паутина, мы ее собирали.

het was fijn om in duisburg te verblijven en het was een ruim appartement. het tweepersoonsbed was ook goed en de bedbank hebben we de topper van het bed opgelegd waardoor deze ook oke was. de shutters voor de ramen maken de kamers fijn donker.
de geur die vanuit het rioleringssysteem kwam was heel vervelend en was te ruiken in het hele appartement. ik heb de eigenaren op zaterdagochtend een bericht gestuurd maar daar werd niet op gereageerd. zondag schreven ze dat ze het probleem alleen hadden kunnen oplossen als ik hen had bericht. Ook waren de pannen niet afgewassen. Daarnaast is het echt een stad appartement op de begane grond waar veel groot verkeer langskomt wat de hele de nacht te horen is. Oordoppen waren voor ons dus wel nodig.
