Upon check-in, the staff was not welcoming. They will not let you check-in before 3PM. You have to carry your own luggage up the stairs to enter the building, no help for this. Once we got into our room, it took 3 calls and an hour and 45 minutes to get towels and washcloths that were not in the room. I had to go to the housekeeper down the hall to finally get some. So many friendlier places to stay at than here.

My family and I stayed there for two days and I must say that the service was exceptional. I love your location and views from my room. Close proximity to Harmony Beach Dr, cave and many food options. I definitely recommend.
