Everything was very nice at this hotel although we only spent one night just so we can be close to the airport for departure back home. Nevertheless, everything was accommodating in the staff at the desk were welcoming, especially Moya and Devon. If I had to complain about anything, it would be an issue with ants in the room.

Pros: Great location Majority of staff are nice Wi-fi works well Cons: They do not understand Customer Service. *There is a 3H grill service run by a single staff. I waited 20 minutes but nobody was there, and then the grill person came after I asked help from somebody else. He said he is on a break (he takes 30 mins break in his 3H shift) and hence nobody could get food during that time. *First day I arrived, I asked towel(as it’s advertised) at 4pm, they told me they are out of towels. Manager helped me that day because towel person does not care. 3 days later I arrived at noon and same thing. No towel left :) *Check-in at 3pm. I arrived at 2:20. They said I have to wait until 3pm. It’s fair. However my room was still not ready until 3:10+ :( *There are other small things like Safe was not working (a 15-y old technician could not fix it in 45 mins) or TV does not work or food finishes quickly or flies fell to buffet, etc. Some of these are understandable for a cheap venue but “not caring about your guests by ignoring customer service best practices” is not ideal. Overall “lovely location”. If you are a PE and looking to invest, go buy this place!!! Fire management, hire a basic manager and some tourist friendly staff, you can be rich.

The location was great for us. Its on the hip strip and 5 minutes from the airport. Walking distance to the local vendors and shops. The food was good. Authentic Jamaican food grown local. The staff hospitality was AMAZING! Very friendly and they make sure that your stay is very accommodating. This was our second stay here and we went back because of the staff, food and location. This go around we noticed that the resort needs a few upgrades and or remodeling. One thing that made the trip unpleasant was the air conditioner in the main bar area. It wasn't working. There were fans but they weren't doing the jobs. Without the ac it was very hot and we didn't enjoy it this time as much as the first time. We wanna return again but without ac being in a common area Im not sure if we'll be returning for another stay. The heat made the trip miserable. Miserable not just for the guest but for the workers too. Hopefully it's fixed soon. Also the chair cushions on the two large balconies could use replacing. Making out the outdoor seating more comfortable.

The hotel is what was expected based on their star ratings. Most of the staff were friendly. The food was, on average, 7 out of 10. The room was satisfactory. The refrigerator in the room did not cool the water or drinks place inside it
