Locatie is top. Alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik. Tram voor de deur. Appartement is zeer comfortabel.

Fijn en ruim appartement op een fijne locatie met de trambaan om de hoek. Een supermarkt en bakker aan de overkant maken dat je niets hoeft in te slaan. De koffietent onder het gebouw is een aanrader voor ontbijt of lunch. In het appartement is alles schoon, nieuw en netjes. Fijne bedden en voldoende opbergruimte.
Het gebouw is wat gehorig, de bovenburen hoor je rondlopen. Wij waren met kinderen waarmee ik vreesde voor de andere verdiepingen teveel geluid te maken.

Für unseren kleinen Bremenurlaub mit Enkelkindern war die recht stilvolle Wohnung praktisch gelegen und komfortabel (2 Bäder). Mit Bäckereien, verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplatz und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in direkter Nähe, war die Lage für uns prima.
Manche Kleinigkeit muss mal neu verschraubt werden. Es gibt nicht genug Stühle am Esstisch für 5 Personen. Geschirr könnte zahlreicher sein, damit sich die vorhandene Spülmaschine auch lohnt.
