Gostei da localização e do condomínio em geral , piscina boa , garagem boa , e funcionários muito educados .
O apartamento é ótimo, Mas tem algo fácil de melhorar como por exemplo a porta da varanda com problema e muito difícil de abrir e fechar

Boa tarde. Gostei muito do apartamento, limpeza, decoração bonita, estacionamento, piscina. Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados.
Indiquei para amigos e familiares.
Um dos quartos tinha uns colchões ruim.
Faltou 02 lenções e uma toalha.

Location is excellent, check in was very easy.
The apartment needs a better maintenance. Bathroom ceiling lights were burned out. Apartment walls, including living room and bedrooms were dirty and scratched. Door handles and locks were very rusty and there were several COCKROACHES in the kitchen during the day and specially at night. I found a cockroach even inside de refrigerator. This for me was extremely frustrating specially because we had paid a very expensive night rate of 800 BRL. I do not recommend this property as of this price.
