To keep the apartment pleasant for everyone and ensure good coexistence in the condominium, please pay attention to the rules below:
🏖️ Use after the Beach
Before entering the apartment, remove excess sand using the outdoor shower.
Do not sit on sofas, beds or chairs with wet clothes or sand.
Towels and bed linens should not be used in the Beach. Please hang clothes and towels only on the clotheslines. Organization and Cleaning: Keep the apartment organized and clean during your stay. Wash dishes after use and dispose of used trash properly to avoid odors. At the end of your stay, leave the property in similar condition to how you found it (we ask for common sense). Do not throw trash, sand, or cigarette butts out the window or balcony. Property Maintenance: Avoid leaving doors and windows open for extended periods to reduce the effects of sea air. Turn off air conditioning and fans when leaving. Report any damage or problems immediately. 🏢 Condominium Rules: Strictly respect the condominium rules and quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM). Parties, loud music, or gatherings are not allowed (we ask that you...) (common sense).
Use common areas with respect for neighbors and residents and responsibly.
Treat employees, doormen and neighbors cordially.

Visitors, Pets and Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and inside the pool, smoking is allowed in the outdoor area and balcony (did I mention common sense?).
Pets: to be agreed upon with the owner.
Do not receive visitors or No extra guests without prior authorization.
🔑 General Use
Take care of the furniture, appliances and utensils.
Do not move furniture without authorization.
Turn off lights, close windows and lock the apartment when leaving.
