The location of the hotel is good. It is approximately a 2kms walk right into the heart of the city. It is a decent stay option if the limited purpose is to just sleep at night and not spend much time in the room.
We booked 2 deluxe double rooms but the two rooms were not identical. One was smaller and had a window but no sofa. The other one was a little larger, had no window and a sofa cum bed. While toiletries are included when we book the hotel, we just got a very small, unbranded Rs. 5 soap bar. No shampoo or cream was provided. Towels seemed old and worn out (they were washed and seemed clean though). I would recommend you to carry your own toiletries and towels.
Beds, furnishing and lighting was decent for a ~INR 2k room (twin-sharing w/o breakfast). One may argue that much of the above stated deficiencies may be overlooked in light of the decent location and the cheap price. In my view, this argument has merit. I have just tried to be as comprehensive as I can.
