Hotel Star Light

Location is perfect. Jalianwala bagh is right behind, shares the boundary wall with hotel. The golden temple is also just a few steps away. Rooms/lobby were spic and span. All market, eatery, main market is right outside. The hotel staff is prompt, hot water was available always. Food quality is excellent. The cab service was excellent. Driver Sonu was very good and very experienced. He took us to wagah border and parked the car in the last parking so it was just few steps away. He also shared valueable insights. reception was very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

Excellent place if you wish to spend some quality time with your partner. The hotel is located about 2-3 mins walk away from the Golden temple. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and provided with toiletries. Great staff which respects your privacy.

The Best experience with cordial Reception staff, Hotel staff, and the Room service staff. All deserve appreciation.

1. Proximity to Golden Temple. 2. Well renovated interiors. 3. Availability of Lift/Elevator. 4. Tariffs quite reasonable & affordable. 5. Furniture/Shelves/Drawers in the room. 6. Good Air-conditioning. 7. Bathroom size and fittings.

1. Room sizes too small. 2. No supply of hot water in the bathroom. Unimaginable & unthinkable. Happened to us for the first time in life. 3. Availability of Morning/Bed tea only from 9am onwards. Quite upsetting. It should be available from 7am onwards. 4. No INTERCOM in the rooms. Very painful - every time one has to climb down to reception for small requirements or ordering. 5. Located in too small a lane. 6. No P.arking Space and no scope for this.
