Family Hotel Zhangjiajie

This was honestly one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had! Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the owner. He went above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything. From assisting us with tickets to the local attractions, to personally taking us to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and even explaining exactly where and how to catch the bus back to the airport. He made our entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I can genuinely say that he is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and most helpful people I have ever met. The rooms were spacious, spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is also fantastic! It’s perfectly situated in a strategic area, with plenty of things to see, do, and explore, all within walking distance. What makes this place truly special isn’t just the excellent accommodation, but the warmth and genuine hospitality that you receive.

Wonderful stay and incredibly helpful hosts I was very happy with my stay at Family Hotel. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. A special thank you to Jack, who helped me purchase tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, which made organizing my sightseeing so much easier. The gentleman who runs the hotel also drove me to the park every day, which I really appreciated. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, and I even received little cookies and treats – such a lovely touch! 😊 The accommodation offers very good value for money, and overall I had a wonderful experience here. I felt very welcome and well looked after during my entire stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Zhangjiajie. Highly recommended! ❤️

Posizione buona, a pochi minuti di auto dall'entrata est del parco. Famiglia simpatica e disponibile,

La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e necessiterebbe di manutenzione e cura maggiore.
