Apartamento Sol y Playa 805

Antonio met us at the apartment which was unexpected and talked us through the details. We hired a car and there was a designated parking space for the apartment which was great. The apartment was perfectly situated to walk down to one of the pools in the complex. The balcony is in the shade but this worked perfectly due to the proximity to the pool. The complex was not busy so we were able to get sun loungers each day with ease. Communication with the agent was excellent.

A great location, right in the Duquesa Port and a 10 minutes stroll into Sabinillas. The apartment was very clean and fully stocked with crockery, cutlery and all the equipment that I thought might be needed (although I didn't 'cook in', so it was unused). I was very comfortable there.

It was a shame that most of the pools were closed off. Their waters were sparkling, the surrounding grass was perfectly trimmed, there were lots of sun loungers within; but they couldn't be used as their pool area gates were locked with signs saying no entry.

The location was excellent and the beach and pool were easilly accessible for anyone using a push chair or wheel chair. Very close to all the restaurants in the port. The owner was very kind and helpful too.
