1. This property is top notch. 5 star quality. Immaculate bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and outdoor living area. 2. It has a lock up garage ...which is great (although this time it wasn't working) 3. The breakfast partnership with Spur is a great bonus 👌 4. This will be my preferred place to stay in Musina ...hence I have taken the time to write this review

1. The check-in experience was terrible and really at tangent with the absolute quality of the house. I suggest a live-in admin person to handle guests both at check in and check out. That 1 change will make this the most sought after property in Musina 2. The security can be enhanced by ensuring that ground staff do their work outside of guest arrival times and perhaps more visible security personnel outside the premises 3. There were stains on the sheets ...again perhaps some sloppiness...which can be easily remedied 4. Wi-fi credentials can be left in the rooms themselves. This change can be done immediately

The place looks good just not being cleaned and maintained properly, our door didn't close,,,had to fight it each time for it to close. The bathroom is so nice just lacked hot water the night we got there. I liked the guy from the gate, he is so professional but the cleaning ladies were not so professional, Saturday morning they arrived around 8 when my girlfriend was still sleeping and they started making noise has to ask them to lower their voices 😕

You guys didn't give us all the things you claim to offer for the room I ordered. Even the wine glass was never offered when we arrived even though I don't drink.
