Great and beautiful house (villa). Really nice furniture, facilities, kitchen, dining space, bedrooms and bathroom! Enough space to store your clothes and stuff tidily. This house is located in a very quite neighbourhood which consists of well designed holiday accommodation with privacy, comfort and nature. The accommodation has many windows and has great view of the forest. Behind the house there is a private jacuzzi, a fire place and bbq. The surrounding is very clean and quiet. There are some easy walking trails around the accommodations. There is a shared pool and sauna facility including playground and indoor space for teenagers. It great to be in such a quiet area and only 30 minutes away from Quebec centre. There are beautiful lakes and riverside in the surrounding areas. The host give you a lot of tips upfront via de house manual. If you want to do something you need a car. With the car you easily can make 10-20 minutes trips to beautiful trails, lakes etc. In the surrounding there are easy to access bicycle routes which are really nice. Bicycle can be rented from different locations. Bbq and fireplace works with gas. We stayed here four nights and really enjoyed our stay.

This is a quiet holiday area and people who live in the other houses respect this. In the shared pool area people are quite and enjoying the rest with their own family. Our kids where looking for more interaction with other families which didn’t work at this location.( this was not a mayor complaint, but different from our experience during our trip at wooden cottage’s at mixed campsites). The nearby river is nice although it cannot be reached from the trails from the villa parc.

La localisation, au cœur de la forêt et proche de la ville. Le spa, idéal pour achever une journée de découvertes. Les équipements du chalet, parfaitement adaptés (literie, ustensiles de cuisine, cheminée au gaz, baignoire et lit bébé….). La réactivité et la disponibilité de l’hôte, aux petits soins.
