Really nice modern villa with great views

Please just read small print before booking as electricity usage was took from deposit. Air con upstairs did not work meaning we could not use the first floor of the villa 🙁 Villa is at the top of a really big hill which certain scooters/taxi would struggle to get up we had to walk to bottom of big hill for transfers !

The villa is just as it is in the photos, if not better. The view is absolutely incredible and a joy to look at as you open your curtains. The whole villa was clean and set up for us and we were walked through the villa by Jutinat who met us at the property to hand over the keys. She was so lovely and fantastic and really happy to see us, thank you for such a warm welcome, Jutinat! The pool was clean and we spent a lot of our time in there. Such a wonderful place to relax and soak in the amazing view and skies of Koh samui. As others mentioned, the villa is up a very steep hill within the mountains, however we never had any issues at all getting Grabs come up to deliver food for us, perhaps we were just lucky, or they're getting more used to coming to this part of Koh Samui. All the hosts were brilliant, thank you to Alex who kept in touch with us throughout our stay to check we were okay, I cannot fault them at all. Highly recommend staying here, more than value for money!!!

Nothing at all, the place was fantastic and we have no criticisms whatsover. This was the last placed we stayed in our trip to Thailand and this was an amazing way to end our holiday!!

The view was easily the best thing about this Villa. The staff were accommodating and had great communication. There is a washing machine, but it's locked away in the service room; the staff were happy enough to let us use the machine.

We were advised the day before check in that we had to pay for our electricity usage, which comes out of our deposit; it would have been good to know this at the time we booked as it wasn't listed anywhere in the description. I would recommend hiring a 4x4 vehicle or a powerful motorcycle as the hill is very steep, and majority of taxi's/grabs couldn't make it up. There can be power surges and I believe the hill uses water tanks as ours ran out, but the staff got on top of it as soon as we advised them.

The space, location and views

There is a big electricity problem with the property. At night the lights were not working properly with the AC’s turning off itself. The staff was not accommodating and kept pressing for fines and tried to overcharge us for drinks. Overall a 6/10 experience for a 1 night stay and wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.
