I won’t rent there again

It is placed in a good location. Just a walking distance from the sea, and many restaurants and cafés in Jbr. I would say the price is OK in comparison to the hotels in this area.

Overall, the place was not clean at all the bathroom, the kitchen, and in general everything is old and looking shabby. The price for this quality and cleanliness is not fair. Plus you should know as a tourist that there is no decent parking area around the house and if you have rented a car, you have to pay extra for parking. And have this in mind that parking way is quite tight and big cars don’t fit. In general, I was considering if paying a little extra for hotel would’ve been a better idea.

I enjoy this place

Its really very good place to stay i like! The staff very friendly , people here living they are very happy they dont cook anyways ))) Apartments very silent and no any noise. But apartment its really very cool and its feel like you are at home have cozy vibes. I enjoy stay at this lovely place and i will be back again. The place clean , cozy , comfortable and the quality people living here very nice they always smile and help you if you need any help. ) I enjoy my stay and recommend for you)

But only there is people who clean apartment 4 - 5 people group they are stay whole day at apartments and used the washroom all the time or maybe take a shower , so this is really not comfortable for the guest case there is no privacy. I will be like if you can improve this on the future and give the staff different washroom and place to stay its not really hygienic to share it all together used one washroom.

The best guest Penthouse in Dubai Marina

The spacious penthouse is very clean, as much as possible. The staff cleans everything every day. Incredible city views from the balcony and from your room window. The location of the apartments is the best possible. There are three shops downstairs, and one of them is Carrefour. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach. You can start an evening walk right after leaving the tower. Very close to the metro. The dryer washing machine in the apartment was a big plus. The owner is very friendly and was ready to help with any questions.

The furniture is in a terrible state, especially my chair was peeled off, very unpleasant to sit in. The wardrobes had no hangers, the walls, switches were not neatly made.

Die Bilder, die beim Booking COM da liegt, sind - sind aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und stimmen mit der aktuellen Lage überhaupt nicht überein, denn die Wohnung ist katastrophal runtergekommen und sieht er aus wie eine Absteiger für Obdachlose. Das Bügeleisen, welches vorhanden ist, ist komplett verdreckt und kann nicht verwendet werden. Bei meiner Rückfrage, ob es eine Alternative gibt, hat mir der Vermieter versprochen sich drum zu kümmern und kam nie wieder auf mich zurück. Darüber hinaus gab es zwei Tage lang kein Wasser in den Bad. Des Weiteren, das Regal im Bad war so unstabil, dass es eines Tages auf mich einfach runtergefallen ist. Die Balkontür lässt sich überhaupt nicht dicht schließen, so dass das ganze Geräusch komplett im Zimmer sich ab spiegelt und überhaupt keine Ambiente bietet, um dich zu erholen. Bei meiner Ankunft stand vor meinem Zimmer ein verdreckter Teller mit Essensresten sechs Tage später hat keiner ihn aufgeräumt. Im Kühlschrank sind genauso alte Essensreste aufzufinden eine total widerliche Station! Im Großen Ganzen wünsche ich keinem dort, sich ein hinzubuchen da ist einfach nicht mal die simplen Hygienekriterien entspricht!

Che gran peccato!

La posizione è la vista .

Il manager : avrò indicativamente indicato Un orario di arrivo sotto loro richiesta ma sono arrivata un ora prima, e nonostante avessi mandato i documenti per un pre check in, ho dovuto attendere quasi due ore perché la stanza , alle 5 del pomeriggio , non era ancora pronta. Il manager molto maleducato ed arrogante via messaggi per telefono. Mi hanno chiesto un deposito cauzionale in contanti che non ho dato perché non era scritto nelle condizioni della mia prenotazione. Pur essendo un co living , manca il necessario per pulirti la stanza e l’ ho trovato sbagliato.

à refaire emplacement et vue au top

la double vu sur le lac et la mer, l’emplacement, pas besoin de voiture, la plage est à 5min à pied idem pour les transports en commun, le personnel est très à l’écoute et a répondu à chacune de nos demandes à n’importe quelle heure toujours dans la joie et la bonne humeur !
