Four Stars Dubai Marina JBR

The property is located at a very lively area. The room was quite clean and the staff was very helpful, overall stay was amazing. The owner is very helpful in everything you need.

No gym access (as promised). No sound deadening.

LOCATION! Right on JBR walkway! Beach on one side and metro on the other!

Very very small space, perfect for one person, but with two people, it can be pretty tight. The bed takes up most of the room doesn’t give you really any space for your luggage.

Just the location is good and manager is a nice helpful guy.

Rooms are super small and crapy. It’s not clean. It’s noisy.

The location in Dubai marina. Everything is very accessible and nearby in Dubai marina.

The caretakers were talking loudly in the afternoon and I could not sleep because of the voice. Also my room was connected with a balcony so people used to come and go or talk on the balcony which I would hear clearly.

That listing is a scam. I had to book another hotel. This is not a hotel, this is a shared private residence.

The location was prime. Can’t get cheaper in this prime location The main person was friendly and always responsive by whatsapp. Good VFM

there was all the time drilling sounds and I couldn't sleep. the owner was NOT kind and friendly. their behaviour was awful and they are not responsible at all. just the waiter which cleans the rooms was very nice man.

Beds were rock solid no utensils for cooking only 1 fork for everyone which was over 15 people. Bathrooms were dirty and wasn't mopped. No one seemed happy here

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the metro and a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioning in the room and ended up suffering all days long. The cleaning was very mediocre. When moving the bed to plug the cord in, I found a lot of dirt, old slippers, and trash underneath. It was extremely unpleasant. The bathrooms were constantly dirty and cluttered, and there weren't even any rags to wipe up water. The curtains were dirty, and there was a mirror directly opposite the bed, which not everyone is comfortable with or likes for sleeping. I had to improvise a solution to cover it. And finally it's not 4 starts - it's 2 stars location.

Cela ne correspondait pas tout à fait à ce que j'attendais ☹️. Accessibilité pas simple! La vue sur la mer est en fait sur la marina qui n'a rien d'une mer! Pour la "chambre" si on peut appeler cela comme ça, il ne faut pas etre claustrophobe ! Le gérant etait sympathique mais cela ne suffit pas! A la rigueur pour une nuit cela peut passer mais pas pour plusieurs nuits. Dommage!

Мало места в номере и не открывается окно

Нужно быть готовым, что это по сути квартира переделанная под отель. Много очень маленьких номеров без окон, в которых даже чемодан не получается разложить. Душ и туалет - общие (их несколько). Есть небольшая кухня и общий маленький балкон с видом на Марину.

Второй раз не приехала бы сюда. Из описания не было понятно, что это номера только с общим душем и туалетом. Супер маленькие и тесные. В целом впечатления остались неприятные. Бронировала номер на одни сутки, но в итоге я не ночевала в этом отеле. Не рекомендую.

Perfekte Lage. Lorenz ger Vermieter hat sich sehr alle Wünsche erfüllt! Auf dem Balkon sitzen auf die JBM schauen und ein Bier trinken.

Stanza con finestra ma con unico balcone adiacente era rumorosa visto che il balcone aveva porta scorrevole del corridoio che entrava alla apertura nella stanza

La posición. Es un lujo absoluto estar en la Marina, a 500 metros de la playa, cerca del Metro y de todos los servicios que hay en la zona.

Que se llame “Four Stars Dubai” es la más clamorosa de la historia de las publicidades engañosas. Es un apartamento cochambroso con zulos por habitaciones. Por fortuna la mía tenía una habitación con unas vistas brutales (por las cuales hube de pagar más), pero la habitación tenía el espacio de la cama y poco más. Los baños estaban sucios o limpios, dependiendo del comportamiento del huésped del momento, porque como en un Hostel cualquiera al final un baño compartido depende del buen comportamiento de los inquilinos. Lo limpian a mediodía y a partir de ahí, ¡buena suerte! En mi segundo día, nunca hubo papel higiénico en el baño. Además, a alguien se le cayó / rompió la mampara y ahí seguía un día después. Por cierto, que a la porquería del baño hay que sumar la de las ventanas del cuarto y las cortinas. Con lo que les pagamos, bien podían contratar al personal de limpieza un par de horas más. Por las noches, no podía dormir: la gente entra y sale de las habitaciones para ir al baño. Algunos no se esfuerzan por no hacer ruido; pero incluso los que lo hacen no pueden evitar no despertar a todo el piso, con las paredes de papel que había. Mi check in fue una calamidad: con una serie de explicaciones dadas con prisa y sin orden, en relación a las puertas de entrada, con la habitación con la cama mal hecha y sin toallas. Cuando la pedí, me dieron una: todavía mojada. Supongo que los precios de Dubái, hacen que la relación calidad precio no sea del todo mala, pero en cualquier otra parte del mundo esto sería un robo a mano armada. ¿Volvería? Por la ubicación, si. Si encontrara algo por el doble del precio, lo pagaría con los ojos cerrados.

De kamers, bed en het is bloedheet. Er is 1 airco voor de hele complex. De kamers zelf heeft geen airco. Heb zelf een ventilator moeten gaan kopen voor in de kamer anders is het niet te doen

Appartement partagé en plusieurs chambrettes individuelles, sanitaires, cuisine et balcon en commun. Idéalement situé au cœur de Dubai Marina JBR, impeccable pour les sorties, plages. Métro accessible à 10 min. Très bien pour un court séjour en solo.

Chambre un peu étroites. Plutôt auberge de jeunesse que hôtel. Accès difficile à trouver.
