The location is excellent and very convenient.
The house is spacious and has strong overall potential.
Two of the four bathrooms had no hot water, and the issue was not resolved during our 5-day stay despite being reported shortly after check-in.
The layout includes many steps throughout the home, which may not be ideal for families with young children.
Two bedroom TVs were not working, and we were asked to troubleshoot them ourselves.
Noise disturbance from a dog in the unit above lasted over two hours in the evening, with no response from after-hours support until the next morning.
Cleanliness and upkeep could be improved (sand on arrival, dirty air filters, closets not fully reset). Housekeeping was offered, we declined.
