Location was great. Nice patio with a perfect view of the nightly fireworks. But the deck floor got REALLY hot in the sun. No bare feet! Kitchen was well stocked except no pitcher for iced tea. I bought one at the dollar tree and left it for you. Nice patio chairs and lots of beach towels .
The bed was killing me slowly every night. But that's just me, my husband had no problem. I guess I'm very particular about my mattress and my sheets! The unit smelled musty. The " no more than 8 people at one time" was difficult when you have other family members in other units nearby. Our other family also had that rule at their places but the owners were very forgiving with family get-togethers, allowing a higher capacity for dinners . There was no shower pressure.
