Pros * Walking distance to Monaco (10min-12min) * Washing machine - laundromat down stairs to the left for dryers if needed $2euro for 10mins. * AC - splits in each bedroom and living room * updated living room and clean living room * comfortable bed * Fully Equipped kitchen - didn’t use - but stocked - also has dishwasher * Had issue with AC when we first got there. Nothing major. Host was responsive but took 3hours - luckily wasn’t high heat / summer. As soon as host saw our message on WhatsApp, quickly called to resolve the problem. Appreciate the step by step walk through * Host / property manager / cleaner (not sure exactly whom) arrived during us leaving and helped with our bags which was greatly appreciated since 3rd floor and we had a few pieces of luggage since traveling for a month. So THANK YOU !! 🙏🏻

Cons * NO light outside door/entry way - was not a huge fan of this coming back at night and only doorway to be pitch dark * Apartment on 3rd floor - which was noted in description- but stairwell is FILTHY - but apartment is CLEAN. I would hope since someone is redoing the first floor apartments they will fix the hallway area(s) after. *Construction work during stay in the bottom apartments but didn’t start too early but could’ve been noted/communicated * Beds had no traditional pillows. More like square flat throw pillows and covers on them. * No top sheet for bed. Just fitted sheet on the bed with comforter- prayed this gets washed after each stay. I stripped the bed and removed this with hopes it gets washed for next guest * Bathroom pictures from listing are not accurate/old - the rubber water strip on the bottom of glass is moldy and brown - in the pictures on the listing, it is clear and clean. Shower also doesn’t drain while showering. - alerted host and he said would fix this * Bathroom walls really need to be wiped down. * Neighbor downstairs banging on ceiling at 10:36pm bc my husband on a work call and was pacing back and forth. (we were not jumping,running etc ) felt like we could not “live” in the apartment we rented for the 5 nights because my husband still worked/on the phone since there’s a 6 hour time difference from home.
