2 decent bedrooms and good bathroom and separate laundry. Clean villa. Location excellent for what we wanted. Seemed safe area. TV and wifi was good.
For the price, not having even a coffee plunger or a coffee machine is a bit lacking and also no dishwasher. Very noisy family next door, so I had to keep the front door closed. Price went up by $200 from last year, with no extra features. The heating unit was very variable. Seemed stock on auto which would sometimes blow freezing cold air when temp was 15 degrees outside.

The property's location. It is at a quiet street but not far from amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and foodstuff like rice and flour, some of which were left behind by those who had stayed there.
Some of the spices have expired. Please check and throw.

Location was excellent. 15 minutes walk to the showground, where our event was being held. Drakes supermarket is opposite showgrounds so easy to shop.
Dining chairs and lounge room furniture pretty uncomfortable.
