New comfortable mattresses on beds. Very spacious master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds & TV. Fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Ducted airconditioning.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee & hand soap supplied.
Secure, lockup, double garage under main roof.
Short walk to popular cafes, restaurants, shopping, tram and playground/park.
Few minutes drive to the City.

-No parties or large gatherings -Maximum 4 guests
-No smoking
-No pets
-Put bins out & take any rubbish with you that wont fit. -Leave floor tidy, do dishes & leave house in a neat-tidy state. You may be asked to provide Government issued ID with photo, names of guests staying & pay bond upfront. -Security cameras fitted outdoors. -If any of these rules are broken, extra charges will apply.
