La cercanía al centro. En apenas 10 min andando estabas en pleno centro de Córdoba. Facilidad para aparcar.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Los platos, sartenes... estaban sucios y llenos de grasa. Falta de utensilios como algun trapo de cocina o estropajo limpio y nuevo cada vez que entra alguien. La cafetera italiana rota sin asa, lo que dificultaba el poder servirte el café recién hecho ya que quemaba. Por ubicación esta bien pero deberían mejorar bastante la limpieza de la casa y cocina.

Man konnte in 15 Minuten zur römischen Brücke laufen. Es gab Parkplätze im Viertel, allerdings wurde uns kein privater Parkplatz angeboten. Das positive an der Wohnung war die Waschmaschine. Die Betten waren okay, nur leider war die Bettwäsche nicht sauber.
Leider war die Wohnung sehr schlecht geputzt. Vor allem die Handtücher haben sehr unangenehm gerochen, wir haben sie daher vor der Benutzung gewaschen. Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber und es gab vieles technische Mängel. Die Badlampe war defekt, die Nachttischlampe war defekt, der Wasserkocher war defekt, viele Dekorationsartikel aus Plastik waren auch defekt oder verstaubt. Die Ausstattung war sehr dürftig, es wäre wahrscheinlich schwierig gewesen, etwas zu kochen.
