Could have done with more towels, toilet roll and washing liquid, also more bedding.

The accommodation is located in a prime location, walking distance to Plaza Mayor, metro stations, cercanías trains, supermarkets and more.
The apartment itself is very comfortable, well equipped and with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Madrid. The apartment mentions a "balcony" but is just a french balcony, so its a bit misleading. Wasn't a problem for us but to keep in mind.
I appreciate that they gave me a call to ask how everything was and to confirm the security deposit was reimbursed.
We didn't like that there was not enough toilet paper and detergent, and when we asked if they could provide more they replied that its only "a welcome kit" and they don't give additional. Since in the description of the apartment it says that these things are provided, this was an unpleasant response.
Another thing that we would have like to have is some cooking essentials as oil and pepper/salt, maybe some courtesy tea and/or coffee. We usually stay in this type of apartments and is usual practice to be provided with these things.

-Emplacement (près des transports en commun)
-Quartier sécuritaire
-Hôte très peu chaleureux et peu réceptif à nos demandes (aucune recommandation en termes de restaurants/attraits touristiques)
-Manque de biens essentiels (papier hygiénique, essuie-tout, mouchoirs, produits de nettoyage, etc.)
-Personnel non qualifié pour la complexité des installations. Durant la panne d’électricité, aucun accès possible à l’immeuble pour entrer/sortir et aucun soutien reçu de l’hôte (merci aux autres locataires pour leur aide !). Très grande déception !
