Gorgeous 4-bed home with Golf, Pool, & Hot Tub!

The fire pit was great with plenty of seating. The outdoor dining chairs were very comfortable. The beds were great, the pool, hot tub and kitchen were clean and well stocked. Floats in the pool were a nice touch, adequately maintained and couches comfortable.

The garbage bin was completely full when we arrived. We had to take our garbage elsewhere until the host was able to remedy it. Documentation on what day garbage bins should be put out (and where ) might help. There was a large moving van parked next to the house on the side street for the whole of our 8 day stay. There was a dumped used mattress and shopping cart on the back corner outside the fence. No dining table inside and it was often too hot to eat outside. A fan might outside might help. The park located two blocks away had a visible homeless presence, which diminished the area's desirability. The small patch of grass in the backyard near the fire pit was not maintained. Weeds had pushed through and were visible along the seams of the artificial turf.

Open space outside area was great. Fire pit did not work.

Easy to get too, close to all things needed

The stay was fantastic! Quick communication with the host when I needed it. Hot tub was perfect. Very creative layout overall that was pleasant. We were super close to the castles and coasters amusement park that we went to and it was so much fun!

Only downside was not being able to get the fire pit to work; mightve needed a new propane tank. Pool was extremely cold but it was January.

Well maintained and very comfortable.
