KITCHEN, DINING, AND LIVING
The updated kitchen has stainless appliances, generous cabinet space, a large island, and easy flow to the dining and living areas. Gather for a meal at the indoor table, relax in either of the two living rooms, or move outside to the covered group dining space.
GAME ROOM
The garage has been converted into an activity-filled game room with a pool table, ping pong, two arcade cabinets, darts, a TV, bar seating, comic-inspired art, and colorful LED lighting. Because this space is dedicated to games, the garage is not available for vehicle parking. The game room is not connected to the home’s central air-conditioning system. It is cooled by a dedicated portable AC unit, with fans available for additional airflow.
BACKYARD
Spend the day in the unheated private pool, practice on the putting greens, play cornhole, grill dinner, or settle around the propane fire pit after sunset. The covered patio, large outdoor table, string lights, and multiple seating areas make the backyard useful from morning through evening.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY DETAILS
A high chair, board games, children’s toys, laundry, and a pool safety fence help make group logistics easier. Adults must supervise children around the pool, diving board, bunk beds, fire pit, and game equipment.
