La buena predisposición del anfitrión y la comodidad del alojamiento.
Falta cuchillo del pan, trapos de cocina, y hubiera estado bien una sartén. Lo digo para ayudar a mejorar más un excelente apartamento, y son cosas menores para la buena relación calidad/precio del alojamiento.

L'appartement était propre. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Emplacement relativement calme.
