A very clean and pleasant property in a very convenient location for the Broads and the North Norfolk coast. Spacious bedrooms, and everything smart and fresh. Access was easy. It is in a pleasant complex of properties, and you can easily walk to the water's edge and hire a boat for a day or half day. Highly recommended.

The property does back on to a fairly busy main road. But it is pretty quiet at night, and the living room and the two main bedrooms are at the front of the house so you do not really notice the noise.
