The location is convenient, as the apartment is about an 8-minute walk from the nearest metro station. However, it is not within walking distance of the city center. The building itself is decent, and the apartment stays warm when using the air conditioning. Wi-Fi is acceptable, though not particularly fast. Communication with the host was prompt, and responses were immediate.

Please note that there is an additional €40 per person charge for bed linen, which is not mentioned anywhere in the property description. This information was only communicated after the booking was completed. When I requested a cancellation due to this undisclosed fee — even though it was made more than three months before arrival — the host refused. Booking.com was contacted, but since the host did not agree to the cancellation, no resolution was provided. I find this practice unacceptable. The apartment is also quite small for four people. There is only one bedroom, and when two single beds are added next to the double bed, there is almost no space left to move. The second “room” is essentially a narrow kitchen leading to a corridor, where luggage must be placed due to lack of storage space in the bedroom. Amenities are very basic. There was not even a complimentary bottle of water or a coffee capsule upon arrival. The shower also has issues: hot water takes more than a minute to reach the shower, and the water pressure is either extremely low from the overhead shower or very strong from the handheld one.
