Fin da subito Marcela (l'host) è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni precise e anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi è stata velocissima a rispondere e a risolverli. La struttura è nuovissima, arredata con cura ed era veramente pulita. È dotata di un comodo e grazioso angolo cottura che abbiamo trovato fornito di sale, pepe, olio, caffè, tovaglioli... Ci siamo sentite a casa! Anche la posizione è molto comoda, poco distante dalla metro e in generale in una zona molto carina di Madrid.
Non è stato un problema per noi, anzi abbiamo adorato il soppalco, ma va detto che sia per raggiungere il bagno sia per raggiungere la zona notte ci sono delle scale, quindi per qualcuno potrebbe essere difficoltoso.

Perfect location for our need
Noisy outdoor every night due to waste collection and bathroom is a bit uncomfortable if you need to get up half way through the night
