Location, cleanliness, friendly host, comfortable beds and pillows, physical key. The host even checked on us after the power outage. Quiet at night. Good neighborhood. Lots of towels. We were allowed to check in earlier. I recommend this place.

Perfect location for our need
Noisy outdoor every night due to waste collection and bathroom is a bit uncomfortable if you need to get up half way through the night

Buena conexión en la ciudad y muchos servicios colindante. Buena conexión si vas por trabajo a Ifema. cerca la parada de metro y un poco hacía arriba servicios de acciona por si tuvieras algún problema. Tienes una lavadora por si cualquier cosa. Y una cocina muy digna. la verdad que muy buen sitio.
Igual lo peor la tv porque es peña y no se ve del todo bien y que hay escaleras para ir a la habitación y al baño. si a media noche te has de levantar tienes una sesión doble de escaleras.
