About this apartment rental

Located in the north of the city, Prosperidad is currently one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods by young people thanks to an interesting property offering that combines a great atmosphere of life, culture, leisure and hospitality.

A residential area with everything within reach and safe, very close to the Salamanca or Chamartín neighbourhoods. Its proximity to the M-30 motorway also facilitates access to the neighbourhood by car, and it has an excellent connection to the centre and the rest of the city by public transport, such as the Avenida de América metro and bus interchange.



The apartment:

This cosy and very bright apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to six guests.

Its modern design provides a pleasant atmosphere in all its rooms. The living room has a double sofa bed, a superb designer chair, a smart TV and an attractive decoration that brings warmth to the space.

The dining area, which also has a television, is located in a separate area that invites you to enjoy meals and after-meal conversations in good company. The spacious and modern kitchen, which in turn integrates the dining area, is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The floor has two excellent and spacious rooms with a double bed, a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The apartment has air conditioning.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.
