The location was great! Restaurants all around, many events in the neighborhood, near the historical center, etc.
It's impossible to sleep at night due to people partying all night and trash collection, the kitchen was not made for cooking due to dirty dishes and not cutting knives. The flat could use a furniture update and a painting of the walls also to cover the smell of cigarettes.

Very good location, within walking distance of the city centre. The host was very helpful and clear with all the instructions. The apartment was clean, and everything was as expected. There are nice cafés, restaurants, and even pubs very close by.
Although there was a fan, it can get quite hot in the apartment, as it's not possible to sleep with the windows open due to the noise from the street — but I suppose that comes with the central location.

Es war sauber und ordentlich. Ich könnte etwas früher einschecken. Die zuständige Dame war hilfsbereit.
Lärm die ganze Nacht, nicht schlafen können. Feuerwehr und Polizei Einsatz morgens im Haus. Früh aufstehen und wegen Brand in der Nachbarschaft, rausgehen müssen. Ich habe in der Wohnung etwas bemängelte und einige Verbesserungsvorschläge gemacht.
