Stylish Condo By The Beach

Proximity to Santa Monica attractions, freeway, groceries, and train. Very clean and modern. Good value. Quiet building. Excellent bathroom and shower.

If you need a dark room to sleep, bring a mask - the shades don’t block the outside light well. (Similarly the smoke detector in the bedroom has a motion light, which took some getting used to!) Not a block you want to hang out on - didn’t feel unsafe, but it’s busy and plenty of “personality.” There’s also a big sign in the elevator saying short-term-AirBnB rentals are not allowed so we had some constant minor paranoia when going in and out.

Omg, it’s perfect! The apartment is beyond any expectations. It’s spacious, clean, well equipped and very well maintained. Everything in it works flawlessly, we had nothing to complain about, it has all you need for a great stay. The shower is super comfortable, the cleanliness is extraordinary. It’s very well situated - so close to all tourist attractions. It’s quiet and it even has a small balcony.

Posizione perfetta, istruzioni per il check-in semplici inviate il giorno stesso, appartamento spazioso a 4 minuti dal molo di santa monica a piedi, parcheggio privato sotterraneo, stile moderno e curato. ogni comfort a disposizione: smart TV, asciugamani, lenzuola, macchinetta del caffè, olio, sale, posate, materiale per il bucato. Situato al primo piano, quartiere tranquillo.

È costoso

Schönes, modernes Apartment Sauber und gut ausgestattet, es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Wechsel-Bettwäsche, Waschmittel war ebenfalls vorhanden

Die Lage! Aufpassen, das Santa Monica Pier sowie Einkaufläden sind super fussläufig zu erreichen, dennoch würde ich nach Sonnenuntergang nicht mehr rausgehen! Direkt neben dem Apartment befindet sich Salvation Army, damit einhergehend viele obdachlose, aggressive Menschen. Zudem stinkt es im Eingangsbereich extrem nach Urin.
