Location was the only good thing about this apartment

We had been delivered 2 towels one of which was stained to be used. We contacted the property and requested a new towel be delivered as we cannot be expected to share one towel between two people. We were told to use the washing machine and dryer in the apartment to clean the towels ourselves even though they were given to us like that. After back and forth emails we finally got new towels delivered with those ones to have makeup and for stains on it as well. There was multiple stains all over the carpet and scuff marks all of the walls. The toilet did not flush properly so we would have to go back multiple times to flush the toilet. The couch had stains on it and did not seem like it was vacuumed or cleaned in between use Was not worth what we paid for.
