Wszystko super poza uwagami odnośnie zapachu i hałasu z kuchni z restauracji zlokalizowanej pod mieszkaniem oraz szumu z instalacji za ścianą.
Niestety lokalizacja mieszkania nad kuchnią sprawiła że w pokoju unosiły się nieprzyjemne zapachy i było dość głośno. Dodatkowo za ścianą gdzie jest umieszczony TV przechodzi jakaś instalacja wodna, podczas używania, chyba prysznica w innym mieszkaniu u Nas słychać było bardzo wyraźny szum. Brak izolacji? Nie wiem, ale było to dość mocno niekomfortowe.
