Apartamento perfecto para dos personas, muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos andando a la playa y también a 10 minutos al Yumbo. Zona muy tranquila, el apartamento está muy bien equipado, tiene de todo. En la calle no hay problemas para aparcar el coche Elena (la propietaria) es muy atenta y cualquier duda o problema enseguida te lo soluciona. En resumen, apartamento muy recomendable.

Elena,la dueña es encantadora. Se esfuerza por hacer que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible. El apartamento es precioso y con pocos vecinos. Muy tranquilo. Se llega a la playa en 5 minutos y al yumbo en 10. Un acierto

Terrazzo molto ampio, posizione strategica in un quartiere residenziale con parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla porta di casa. Piscina condominiale a disposizione molto bella e tranquilla. Il bagno è moderno e molto bello, con la doccia molto ampia. Il divano in soggiorno molto comodo e l'appartamento luminoso.
La cucina purtroppo era sporca ed abbiamo dovuto pulire dentro i mobili. Le pentole erano incrostate. C'era carenza di piatti e posate. I tubi dell'acqua calda e fredda erano invertiti e nello sciacquone del wc entrava acqua calda. C'era un cattivo odore all'ingresso di cui non siamo riusciti a capire l'origine.
