Las Arenas Playa del Ingles Apartment 413

Hacía mucho tiempo que no daba con un apartamento tan excelente!!! De verdad, es pequeño pero tiene absolutamente de TODO y cuando digo de TODO es de todo, no le falta un detalle (había hasta sombrilla para la playa, cosa que para la gente que venimos de la península no tener que comprar para unos días es un plus). Todo estaba impecable. La anfitriona no podía ser más amable y predispuesta y siempre pendiente para facilitar cualquier necesidad. Solo puedo decir que 10/10 y sin duda repetiré.

El alojamiento increíble, muy buena ubicación y excelentes servicios. Cabe destacar a la casera, muy buena persona y nos ayudó con todo lo necesario.

For us, it was the perfect location in in Maspalomas. Clean apartment, close to the beach, nice community, acces to the pool was a great bonus.It fits the description and we appreciated the self check in. It is in a busy area, restaurants are close and sometimes we had to hunt for a parking place, but we managed with that aspect. I really recommned it!

Kitchen (no coffee machine) and bathroom with washing machine available, beach 5 minutes walk away. The rest is a disappointment.

Description and photos deliberately mislead – most pics from a different apartment. No fan or air conditioning, making the apartment stuffy even at night. No window in the bedroom, unlike the photos. No coffee machine, private beach, tumble dryer or carpet – description doesn't match reality. Very thin walls, loud conversations late into the night from neighboring apartment by the same company. Constant cigarette smoking next door, and due to no high partitions, smoke smell invaded our place. Table on balcony only usable for meals without neighbors' smoke. Few sockets, broken kitchen window can be opened from outside – no security.
