Exceptional Stay

The location is perfect. 20 minutes walking to Roman Bath. The facilities are exceptional and it was very clean when we checked-in. 1 Parking space is free at the back of the house and that was so needed in a city like bath. It was a perfect stay for us for a weekend in January 2026.

Perfect base to explore Bath

The location was excellent, just a 20 minute walk to the centre. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were really comfortable. Excellent communication from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Close enough to walk into Bath centre, nice off road parking for one car. Lovely interior.

A very nice apartment. Beautiful decor. Top notch. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We had everything we needed. A lovely little courtyard or front garden to enjoy. Very very clean and tidy. Worth the money to stay here. On site parking is definitely a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our night at this property and were very comfortable. If we ever visit Bath again this is where we will stay. Just wonderful!

The house is in the perfect location , down town is very near, house was very clean , very modern furniture , towels and toilet paper available, well equipped kitchen , I felt very comfortable in this house , check in was very smooth, I really recommend this house if you have family and want to explore bath and somerset

The paintwork on the wall going upstairs was very tired and grubby; which was at odds with the rest of the house. It looks like it needed to be painted a good while ago. This was the only element in the house that was poor.

Lovely comfortable property within walking distance of the town centre and some local facilities. Every room felt homely and gave enough space for the family to relax. Having a private car park space was also a bonus.

The Sat Nav directions took us past the property. Due to a lack of signal we couldn’t get up information to clarify, however the host was really helpful and got us back on track.

Perfect Bath retreat for multi-day stay.

Clean and extremely comfortable. My daughter asked to stay a bit longer because she liked it so much.

More parking for two cars would be wonderful but appreciate it is difficult on site to offer this. Charlotte Street car park is not far from the property and offers overnight parking.

Spectacular Bath and the tremendous apartment!

Such an amazing stay in Bath, the property was a massive positive and a large reason why our stay was so good. The Locality was great - just a stone's throw away from Victoria Park, the Royal Crescent, the Circus and the perfect start for exploring! The comfort was superb - the apartment had everything we needed from the parking space, fitted-out kitchen, welcoming sitting room to our cosy beds! The perfect base for our exploration of Bath - setting out from our apartment we could easily walk all the main landmarks comfortably, we missed nothing! It was our first time visiting this city, and it was such a spectacular stay in a tremendous place... We couldn't have found a better alternative, we lucked out - so thankful!

Everything was amazing, location, home, comfortable beds. The hosts were the most kind people in the world. We had a flat were traveling which left us stranded on the road in the midnight hours and didn’t arrive until 230am. We were able to call them and they answered their phones to help us get in since the codes were not working. They texted us the next day to make sure all was well and if we needed any assistance in any way. Such lovely hospitality.

This is a beautiful house with everything you’d need to stay comfortably. Check-in/out were easy and I’d thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone looking to explore Bath, for the first, second or hundredth time. Our family were all commenting on how much we’d like our own place like this one!
